Would you like to change or cancel your Train + Air trip? Air France is your main point of contact throughout your trip.
Before departure:
- Tickets may be modified or refunded according to the fare conditions of your ticket.
If the trip has already started:
- The plane ticket may be modified or refunded depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.
- The train ticket is not changeable or refundable, even with the "Flex" fare.
If you need assistance throughout your journey, be sure to submit your request as early as possible. Click on the link below no later than 48 hours before your departure. Our customer service team will contact you. Our assistance service includes the transport of one baggage item weighing up to 15 kg/33 lbs.
You can pick up your e-ticket before the train departs at TGV stations using a Train + Air kiosk.
Your seat number will be provided at check-in (30 hours before departure) on your train e-ticket.
Your seat location cannot be changed.
No, unaccompanied minors are not allowed on the trains.
