Pune Airport: linking Maharashtra with some of the world’s key airports
Pune Airport is now the ninth-busiest in the country, having overtaken Goa Airport in the 2017-18 financial year. Slightly over 8 million passengers use this airport, the second-biggest in the state after Mumbai. Over a dozen domestic routes operate out of and into Pune (IATA code: PNQ). From Pune Junction to the airport takes around half an hour.Pre-paid taxis, autorickshaws, Ola and Uber offer additional ways of reaching the airport.
